#The night alleys of Kolkata

 The streets of Kolkata was once full with manual rickshaw and their pullers. They were the life saver for ladies. they were the man of the monsoon to bring you right to your doorstep in those knee deep water filled alleys.

Those little lit lanes with their misty light and friends walking with the same coherence are the symbol of Kolkata at night.

Pallavaram Friday market, 2 hours in the morning

 Pallavaram, just beside Chennai airport, has a 2 km straight road in between the military campaus and railway track. This otherwise industrial use road on Friday morning becomes an orchestrated chaos with sellers selling their household to stolen items and buyers keep on negotiating till they can buy it almost for free even if they know ultimately that electronic item might not work at all. In between some fights happen, some pets change hands, some vegetable plucked from the backyard change their address and use.
